High precision is achieved with input resistance below 2Ω, effectively eliminating test line errors. Multi-level safety protection covers HV/LV, grounding, CVT, and misoperation prevention. CVT self-excitation allows simultaneous C1/C2 measurement without rewiring, while the reverse wiring low-voltage shield accommodates bus-grounded 220kV CVT. Up to 100 data groups can be stored, complemented by an RS232 interface and a thermal printer.
