NRYH408E transformer oil BDV test kit is a fully automated device dedicated to dielectric strength testing of insulating oil in oil filled electrical equipment. 1. Q: How to clean the oil cup and electrode after testing lowquality oil with NRYH408E?
A: Wipe electrodes with clean silk cloth, adjust electrode distance with a standard gauge, clean 3 times with petroleum ether (1/4–1/3 cup volume, shake 1 minute, blow dry 2–3 minutes), then clean 1–3 times with the target oil sample before next test.
2. Q: What maintenance is needed if the instrument is not used for a long time?
