1. Q: Why is the test result inaccurate when using NRYH506 open cup flash point apparatus?
A: The possible reasons are that the flash point sensor is immersed in the sample, the two rings of the sensor are in contact, the furnace plate temperature is higher than 56℃ during repeated tests, or the sample loading is inconsistent. Clean the sensor with petroleum ether, keep the sensor rings separated, cool the furnace plate below 56℃ and load the sample slightly below the scale line to ensure accurate results.
2. Q: How to maintain the flash point sensor of NRYH506 open cup flash point apparatus?
A: After long term use, oil contamination on the sensor will affect accuracy. Use petroleum ether to clean the sensor rings regularly, and do not immerse the sensor in the sample during test to keep it in good working condition.
