FAQ

Q: What is CVT?

A: Capacitive voltage transformer, CVT self-excitation method is used to test this test product

Q: What are the test products of the forward connection method and the reverse connection method?

A: Use the forward connection method to measure the transformer bushing, and the reverse connection method to measure the transformer winding

Q: Can the defects of the test product be judged by just measuring the capacitance value or tanδ value?

A: No, both results must be measured. Only when they are consistent can the insulation status be judged comprehensively and accurately. The capacitance value should be stable at 5%~10% of the factory value.
