Description

Refine On (Hebei) Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of circuit breaker analyzer in China. If you're going to wholesale durable circuit breaker analyzer, welcome to get quotation from our factory. All customized products are with high quality and competitive price.

Application Scenarios

In layman's terms, a Circuit Breaker Analyzer is an instrument used to perform "physical fitness tests" on high-voltage switches, specifically checking how quickly they trip, how accurately they close, and how much force they exert. It is used for testing newly manufactured circuit breakers during installation and commissioning, after maintenance, and for preventative testing.

Features

Allows for localized analysis of average speed across a specified segment, plotted on the travel curve for easy viewing.

01

Includes speed definitions for 21 common circuit breaker types; simply select the switch type for one-button measurement.

02

Integrated power supply operation eliminates the need for a secondary power supply on-site and provides adjustable DC 20-270V power (20A).

03

Features short-circuit protection: in the event of a short circuit, voltage and current output stops after 1ms, accompanied by a beeping alarm to alert operators to check the circuit.

04

Features a unique dual-circuit power supply design: if one circuit in the closing or opening control loop fails, the other can still be used to test closing and opening.

FAQ

Q: How to maintain the instrument if Circuit Breaker Analyzert is not used for a long time?

A: When the instrument is not in use, it should be stored indoors at a temperature of -10 to 40°C, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, in a well-ventilated area free of corrosive gases. During humid seasons, if the instrument is not used for a long period, it is best to power it on once a month for about 0.5 hours each time.

Q: Why is no speed data displayed when the circuit breaker analyzer performs a speed test?

A: The sensor selection is incorrect (e.g., a linear sensor is installed but a rotary sensor is selected). Please reset the sensor. The sensor installation position is incorrect. For example, a rotary sensor can only collect signals through the rotation of the spindle. If it is installed in a linear displacement area or other inactive area, no data will be displayed. If the sensor selection and installation position are correct and there is still no speed display, the sensor is damaged and should be returned to the factory for repair.

Q: Does the switch mechanism feature a protective interlock system?

A: When using the internal power supply provided by the instrument to operate the switch for closing and opening tests, the interlock must be released. Please have on-site technicians or switch manufacturer personnel assist in releasing the interlock according to the control wiring diagram of the on-site control cabinet.
