The following precautions should be taken when using a withstand voltage tester:

1. Safe Operation: High-voltage testing carries a risk of electric shock. Operators must receive professional training and wear protective equipment.

2. Environmental Conditions: Testing should be conducted in a dry, dust-free environment to avoid humidity or dust affecting test results.

3. Calibration and Maintenance: Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure testing accuracy and perform maintenance according to the manufacturer's requirements.

4. Preparation of the Test Object: Ensure the test object is clean and dry, and that all conductive parts are correctly connected or isolated.

The selection of a withstand voltage tester should consider factors such as the type of test object, testing standard requirements, and testing frequency. For mass production line testing, a highly automated withstand voltage tester can be selected to improve efficiency; for research or laboratory applications, a more comprehensive and accurate model can be selected. Currently, we have a steel wire tensile testing machine in stock, with a force measurement accuracy of up to ±0.5% of the indicated value and a wide testing speed range (0.001~500mm/min), suitable for materials mechanics research.
